Every article follows one skeleton. This is what keeps the base trustworthy:
Title"Processing a missing timesheet" — task-named, searchable

Pay rates, margins, client terms, and HR files can't sit next to phone scripts with the same visibility. The platform must support permission tiers by group: Tier 1 company-wide (everyone), Tier 2 department (CSRs see CSR content), Tier 3 management (margins, rates, personnel), Tier 4 payroll/HR only. Set these up in week 1, before a single sensitive document goes in — not after someone sees what they shouldn't.
